An exclusive Live Webinar
Will AI Replace Most Agency Services?
A live session for agency CEOs, COOs, and heads of client services
What it's about:
In 2024, Sam Altman said AI would soon handle 95% of what marketers use agencies for. He was kind of right.
AI will replace most of what your agency has been doing for years. It won't replace the 5% at the top, and it has a real fight on its hands for at least another 20% below that. Win that fight and you can build a whole business on the top quarter. It just looks different from the agency you run now.
Twenty minutes of talk, ten minutes of your questions. When you register, tell me the one or two questions you most want answered, and I'll build the session around them. It's live only; there's no replay.

About Jack Skeels
Jack Skeels is CEO of Better Company, where he works with agency and professional services leadership teams on the structural problems that make growth feel harder than it should: the chronic rework, the coordination drag, the client relationships that erode without anyone noticing. Over fifteen years and more than 220 engagements, his work has consistently produced 20–50% faster delivery, 40% less rework, and a 94+ Net Promoter Score from the leaders he's worked with.
Jack is a former RAND Corporation senior analyst and the author of Unmanaged, which won five national and international business book awards. His current work is on how AI is reshaping knowledge-work organizations: the business models, client relationships and structures underneath the tools. He writes The (top) 5% Agency newsletter at jackskeels.com and the Talking Machine series on LinkedIn.
He holds an MBA with honors from USC's Marshall School of Business and an Industrial Engineering degree. He lives in Newbury Park, California, and when he's not helping agencies see what they've been missing, he's probably on a trail somewhere nearby...or using his new Santa Maria grill.
